Digestion for Analysis (30 uL scale):

      20 uL DNA

      3.0 uL appropriate NEB (10x)

      0.3 uL BSA (100x)

      1.0 uL Enzyme 1

      1.0 uL Enzyme 2

      Add H2O to total volume 30 uL

      30 uL total

• Incubate at 37ºC for 2 hours
• Add 0.5 uL of each enzyme
• Incubate at 37 ºC for an additional 30 min.
• Run analytic gel
