Heres the finished product of the gel. It clearly shows the bands of my PCR products of V1-3, V2-4 and V5-7. They are arranged left to right so that u can see that the left(V1-3) corresponds with the length of Part A of otsA which should be about 413 bp long, V2-4 correlates with Part B of otsA showing that it is about 1077 bp long, and V5-7 shows that Part A of otsB should be about 485, and if i had my tube V6-8 it would show that PartB would have a band around 381 bp.
