Future Plan Summary
Due to the registration fee ($1000) due at May 30th, we need to find support quickly. The most convenient way is to convince Prof. Ouyang to give us support either by financing us with 20K RMB, or help us to get that money from the University. We have to work out all the proposals, in a greater detail, in one month. So we discussed and developed a rather detailed schedule for the next month. We will have the first selection procedure before May 1, separation of our team to work on the remaining projects individually during the May vacation, and a second selection procedure at the end of the vacation to choose the final 2 projects. The last 1 week is for the whole team to work out an official proposal and presentations, including the whole specification part and most of the design part of our projects.
Next meeting will be the last journal club in which new ideas can be proposed, although no literal material is required and more information can be added before May 1. Please hurry to work out the ideas if you have more.

Aptamer + rbs; sensitive to small molecules; tandem use of the aptamer region; fast response.
Self-killing system
Material: Purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) enzyme / 6-Methyparine PDR (6-MPDR)
PNP enzyme can hydrolyze 6-MPDR to produce 6-methypurine.
Use this method to kill cancer cells?
利用病毒侵染传入PNP（定向问题？）。再喂6-MPDR。细胞分裂即死。
Tunable Quorum Sensing
Add a LacI or CI binding site along with the original LuxR binding site at the Lux promoter. IPTG as a means to tune the quorum sensitivity of the population.
This is an interesting device, but we need further information about its application.

- ideas的材料补充。把能讲的都讲出来。
- 将ideas按相似性分为n组。（n=2 or 3）
- 队员分为n组。

- 各组提出各自idea的项目目标和设计框架。五一之后提出文字proposal。
