I'm a U3 student in Anatomy and Cell Biology. My dream is to become a plastic surgeon. I've lived in Montreal my entire life and I hope it stays that way. I heard about IGEM through Alex who used to rave about it while I was trying to study in the library. I got a taste of what research is like and I really enjoyed the experience. I'm a TA for Histology and I love pointing out pink and blue cellular structures to my students. Aside from school, I participate in a variety of activities to keep myself busy. I do volunteer work, i.e. I play Bingo with the elderly. I'm in Take Two dance troupe and we focus mainly on ballet, jazz, and modern. I also dance hip hop by taking classes or doing wedding performances with my friends. I've been a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority since Winter 2007. I'm also a certified bartender and I would love to work in a bar or a night club.
