Usage & Location

• Pippette tips must be loaded into carier cases located in East Lab.(location)
• cases should be sealed with heat sensitive masking tape and placed in Autoclave basket.
• Contents of basket is then autoclaved by Daisy each morning.
• Autoclaved cases are placed in cupboard in East Lab.(location) or in Igem Cupboard (location)
• opened cases are stored on Igen bench. (location)
• Empty cases should be refilled.

• Stocks of 200uL & 1000uL tips are located in draw set next to auto clave basket.
• Stocks of 10uL are in bag on south window sill oposite autoclave basket.
• Further bagged stocks are in cupboards in East Hallway.
• Still further stocks are in store.
