  • Discussion about our courage clothing
    • Geometry reject financial support for our clothing due to too less amount of order
    • Polo shirt: 200+30(Leica)+15*color if number < 100 or 5*color if number>100
    • T-shirt: 130-150 + 15*color + special design fee
    • Vote result: T-shirt
    • We need totally 40 pieces (2 for each participant who go MIT)
    • Min-Lun will handle this and compare products and prices from different companies
    • Enlarge the word "TAIWAN" in the back and add the logo of our school in the picture of Taiwan in the back!

  • Glucose detection:
    • L6 cell line has bas response to insulin
    • Adipocytes are difficult to be cultured and need 2-3 weeks
    • A post-doc of Dr. 馮 will help Hsin-Yen for cell culture

  • Insulin detection:
    • 1. Insulin antibody
    • 2. Flow cytomery to detect Glu4 tranlocation
    • 3. Take advantage of Insulin pathway detection by  studying the phopholation

  • Peptide transportation:
    • Use PCR to connect TAT to insulin A and so on

  • Further experimental plan:
    • Arrange by task is better than by dates
