Bacteria with pLac-RBS-cI-RBS-LacY-RBS-GFP-T high copy plasmid are alive and beam fluorescence after the IPTG induction. The output fluorescence intensity is noticeably lower than other devices, for example pLac-RBS-GFP-T.
