Making Electrophoresis Gel
- Take 60ml TAE 1X and add 0.6g agarose.
- Microwave for about 45 seconds.
- Let it cool until its cool enough so you can touch it for an extended period of time.
- Add 4ul of Etbr and pour it on the gel-plate.
Loading
Load 10ul of diluted ladder in a lane.
