STUDENTS
 Kevin McLeod Kevin is a second year student attending the University of Calgary. He is taking a degree in Health Sciences and majoring in Biomedical Sciences. For our project he has been working with both agarase and our expression logic circut. |
 Boris Shabash Boris is a third year student attending the University of Calgary. He is taking a degree in Health Sciences and majoring in Bioinformatics. He is responsible for the EvoGEM portion of our project. |
 Patrick King I am a third year Bioinformatics student in the BHSc program, at the University of Calgary. I was introduced to iGEM in '06, but only properly participated in the competition with our project in '07. This summer has been an incredible experience for me, I've learned a ton about molecular biology and its techniques. I've also come to appreciate the good and bad about the Biobricks standard and the registry as it is today. I don't think I will be participating in iGEM as a contestant again, but I will definitely be following the competition (and perhaps helping out) in the future. |

Vlad constructed the UofC iGEM teams two dimentional plotter and worked on cloning agarase. He hopes to work in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries upon graduating. |
