Hi everybody, I'm Irene and I'm a phD student. I've been working at TIGEM since 2004. My work here, at TIGEM, has been mainly focused on building synthetic networks in yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to be used as a benchmark for validating Inference algorithms and experimental strategies[1]. I took part at this iGEM2007 competiton as "mentor" in yeast engineering. It was a new wonderful experience for me to give some cues to the 3 undergraduate students. [2]
