Experiments

• pLac cfp inoculated in 3ml LB+3ul amp and K12Z1 in 3ml LB+3ul spec.

• Dilutions were made in 3ml M9.

• Same dilutions made for FACS (1 ml).

• pLac cfp + K12Z1 induced with IPTG conc (0,1,10,50,100,1000 uM) in sets of two.

• Also,0 and100 uM IPTG dilution were made to check OD (two sets)

• The new constructs were transformed.
