Experiments
- pLac yfp and pLac luxI cfp could not be imaged because the OD was found to be greater than 1.
- pLac yfp inoculated in 3ml LB+3ul amp and K12Z1 in 3ml LB+3ul spec (morning).
- pLac cfp Inoculated in 3ml LB+3ul amp and K12Z1 in 3ml LB+3ul spec (evening).
- The new constructs viz. were transformed.
