Experiments

  • pLac yfp and pLac luxI cfp could not be imaged because the OD was found to be greater than 1.
  • pLac yfp inoculated in 3ml LB+3ul amp and K12Z1 in 3ml LB+3ul spec (morning).
  • pLac cfp Inoculated in 3ml LB+3ul amp and K12Z1 in 3ml LB+3ul spec (evening).
  • The new constructs viz. were transformed.
  • pLac yfp induced with various conc of IPTG (0,1,10,50,100,1000 uM).
