My name is James Gabriels. I enjoy long walks on the beach, candlelit dinners, and croquet. Wait, wrong profile. I am in my third year of study at McGill University, and am currently pursuing a joint degree in the fields of Mathematics and Physiology. With this degree, I am hoping to return to the U.S. and attend medical school. Outside of school I enjoy being outdoors, and am an avid downhill skier, scuba diver, and also dabble at a few other sports. For me IGEM was a chance to apply some of what I have learned in a useful setting.
