PLANS FOR THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS:
The system requires six biological components:
- Red Photosensor.
- Blue Photosensor.
- AND Gate.
- GFP Fluorescent reporter/LacZ reporter.
- Promotable surface expression of cadherins.
- Gas vesicle expression to produce neutrally buoyant bacteria.
A variety of test harnesses are also planned:
- Melb:Plan:Red photosensor to GFP harness
- Melb:Plan:Blue photosensor to GFP harness
- Melb:Plan:AND Gate test harness
- Melb:Plan:Adhesion test harness
- Melb:Plan:Gas vesicle test harness
