Cell growth
Here are the results from our growth kinetic expereriment with limit DAP concentrations.

Transformation of W121 and FX85 as yesterday
As we forgot to add Thymine to FX85 and DAP to W121, NO CLONES WERE FOUND ON OUR PLATES AFTER TRANSFORMATION.
We transformed again W121 and FX85 as yesterday with L30 and L26 respectively and their missing metabolite.
Recombination Rate Test
Our cultures didn't grow because of the lack of Thymine or DAP... We start again the experiment over failure.
