Transformation of W121 and FX85 as yesterday

As we forgot to add Thymine to FX85 and DAP to W121, NO CLONES WERE FOUND ON OUR PLATES AFTER TRANSFORMATION.
We transformed W121 and FX85 as yesterday with L30 and L26 respectively.
