We must characterise the different part we are using. Essentially :

  • The promoters: 
     -DAPap: we must study the basic pops when no DAP is present, and establish the pops output curve depending of            DAPa repression. look the arabinose AraC 
     -the high constitutive promoter that we are using:BBa_J23112
