DapA deletion by Wanner method
Some problems with the iGEM wiki on MIT, it does not work.. So difficulties to work, everything is on it!!!
But we prepared plates for the Wanner deletion: - LB amp (100µg/mL) - LB Cm (25µg/mL) - LB Cm (10µg/mL) - LB Kan (100ng/mL) - LB Kan (100ng/mL) Cm (25µg/mL)
