DapA Wanner deletion: pKD13-DapA homologies PCR

The recombination have not worked with the overnight culture on the bench (see yesterday).
The new electroporation with the new cells has not worked .
The positive control of electroporation (pUC19) shows a few colonies (10) leading to the conclusion of electroporation problem. A new protocol of electrocompetent cells is needed.
