Simulation

A version of the Stochastirator, an open source (GPL version 2) stochastic simulation program, modified by Weiss lab, driven by Mathworks Matlab is used to model the state of our systems.

The corresponding source code, brief tutorial for use on our internal systems, and recent code snapshot is provided as an archive, for reference. Although the core Stochastirator code is licensed under GPL version 2, the additional interface is provided for reference purposes.

The figures corresponding to a basic version of our system are given below.
