DNA resuspended and stored for parts:

Transformed cells and plated as follows;

  • BBa_I15008 (30ug/ml Kanomycin)
  • BBa_I15009 (30ug/ml Kanomycin)
  • BBa_R0084 (50ug/ml Ampicillin)

Incubated overnight at 37 degrees
