September: Fourth Week

- We transformed them MIT BioBrick plasmids and with Colombia-IGEM sequences. Transformations were made with TOP 10 chemically competent cells.
- Few technical problems enabled us to transform them the way it should be done. However, we were able to work out the problems and solutions were found.
