Abstruct

1.Concept & Model

We made a bacterial society that follows Pareto's principle as an ant society does. (See more.) TOP.JPG 1. Coexistence ⇒ 2. Worker Removal ⇒ 3.Coexistence again

2.Requirements

Our requirements to construct this model are two things, bistability and coexistence by cell-cell communication. (See more.)

3.Genetic circuit

The genetic circuit in this project shown below have been consists of our newly deviced parts as well as the delivered BioBrick parts. (See more for the gentic circuit and the new parts.)

4.Works

Our model has been sophisticated though combinational wet and dry approaches; that is, by gene construction and assay accompanied by analysis and simulation. (See more.)
