I am an associate professor of mathematics at Missouri Western State University in Saint Joseph, Missouri. I have been involved with iGEM since the 2006 Teach the Teachers Workshop. Academic interests outside of synthetic biology included prime numbers and non-Euclidean geometries. Personal interests include barbecuing and spending time with my wife and seven kids.
