New transformations were made successfully. This was the result of standardization and modification of protocols which let us obtained our sequences and BioBrick plasmids inside our competent cells.
Plasmid DNA extractions were made to confirm the presence of our inserts and to purify the samples to continue with the assembly of the parts.
