Final Construct
Below is a model for the final construct of the diauxie eliminating, ethanol inducible system. The xylA and xylB metabolizing proteins are added in place of green fluorescent protein to increase their concentration above natural levels.
Here is a flow chart summarizing of each of the steps required to make this final construct.
