Experiments
- OD was checked and tubes having right OD for imaging pLac luxI cfp were chosen.
- OD was checked and tubes having right OD for imaging pT luxI cfp were chosen.
- The following transforms were inoculated: pLlux; pRluxIC; pLYFP along with K12Z1 (control).
- Afterwards, the above mentioned inoculums were induced with IPTG for 0,5,10,50,100,500,1000 uM conc.
Microscopy
