- Culturing Bacteria
- Making LB-Agar Plates
Ingredients:
For 1L:
- 10g Bacto-tryptone
- 5g Yeast Extract
- 10g NaCl
- NaOH to adjust pH
Method:
- Place Ingredients in a plastic container and add sterile water to the desired volume.
- Mix using a magnetic stirrer and adjust pH using NaOH until the pH is 7.5.
