  • Find all the available relevent protocol in Dr. Chang's lab
  • Write down the schedule and deadline in August
  • Divid the big project into several small project

  • Determine a regular meeting time for lab work core member

  • Kan stock conc.: 50mg/ml
  • Kan working conc.: 20~30ug/ml
  • Liquid medium: 5ug/ml
  • It is difficult to clone DNA segments longer than about 15,000 bp when plasmid are used as the vector.

  • Check plasmid時找一個切在insert裡的RE check
  • Plasmid有排他性,不一定可以把兩個plasmid同時塞在同一隻細菌裡。
  • 解決:E. coli會intake glucose的問題。
