Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis

SDS loading buffer                              (5×) 250 mM Tris/HCl
                                                           50% (v/v) Glycerol
                                                           10% (w/v) SDS
                                                           0.5% (w/v) bromphenol blue
                                                           500 mM DTT

Upper-Tris (4×)                                  1 M Tris/HCl, pH 6.8

Lower-Tris (4×)                                  1.5 M Tris/HCl, pH 8.8

Ladder buffer (5×)                               0.125 M Tris/HCl, pH 8.5
                                                           1 M Glycin
                                                           20% SDS

Solution of Coomassie                         0.05% (w/v)
Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250
                                                           10% (v/v) Acetic acid
                                                           4% (v/v) Isopropanol

Coomassie-Entfärber                           20% (v/v) Acetic acid in H2O
