  • Ligation of (RBS+cinR+RBS+HSL): 4(?) clones
  • Ligation of (RBS+cinR ver. 2): multiple(?) colonies
  • Transfer each to 4 5ml LB liquid culture medium with 1 clone respectly.
    • (RBS+cinR+RBS+HSL)1,(RBS+cinR+RBS+HSL)2,(RBS+cinR+RBS+HSL)3,(RBS+cinR+RBS+HSL)4
    • (RBS+cinR ver. 2)1,(RBS+cinR ver. 2)2,(RBS+cinR ver. 2)3,(RBS+cinR ver. 2)4
  • Culture at 37C for 8 hours
  • Store at 4C
  • Rearrange of our parts in the box "IGEM 2007 parts"
