September: Fourth Week

We transformed them MIT BioBrick plasmids and with Colombia-IGEM sequences. Transformations were made with TOP 10 chemically competent cells.
Few technical problems enabled us to transform them the way it should be done. However, we were able to work out the problems and solutions were found.
