Experiments

• OD was checked and tubes having right OD for imaging pLac luxI cfp were chosen.

• OD was checked and tubes having right OD for imaging pT luxI cfp were chosen.

• The following transforms were inoculated: pLluxRY

                                           pRluxIC
                                           pLYFP along with K12Z1 (control)

• Afterwards, the above mentioned inoculums were induced with IPTG for 0,5,10,50,100,500,1000 uM conc.

Microscopy

• imaging done for pLac luxI cfp.

• Imaging done for pT luxI cfp.
