October: First Week

- New transformations were made successfully. This was the result of standardization and modification of protocols which let us obtained our sequences and BioBrick plasmids inside our competent cells.
- Plasmid DNA extractions were made to confirm the presence of our inserts and to purify the samples to continue with the assembly of the parts.
