  • The transformants were checked and contamination was found in the negative control and lawn growth in rest of the samples. Thus imaging could not be done.

Inoculation pLac cfp was inoculated with different IPTG induction levels at 0,1,10,50,100,1000 uM along with K12Z1 (control).
