The first band is otsA which correlates to the PCR product of about 1400 bp. the band in inbetween the 1400 band and the 1500 band on the marker so that gene is definitely present. The second band is otsB and that band is roughly 860bp and that band lies inbetween the 1000bp marker and the 750bp marker which is perfect and the otsB gene is definitely present in the bacteria.
