This is after the next 5 minutes and the gels can now be distinguished by band size instead of just brightness. The band to the left is V1-3 or part A of otsA, the PCR product was expected to be around 400bp long and the band correlates to that length. V2-4 is part B of otsA and that band was supposed to be about 1000bp long and its band correlates to the 1000bp band on the marker. the third band is V5-7 or partA of otaB and that band was supposed to be also about 400bp long and it is in line with the first band. If V6-8 were present and i didn't lose the tube then its band would be slightly lower thanj the 1st and 3rd band because its estimated PCR product was mid 300bp.
