• Alisa: Wiki "Parts_used status" up to date? -(outstanfding from 19/7/07)
• Jan: Lecture Timetables spread sheet complete: attached.
• Phil: Status of #BBa-M30109 & #BBa-V1012 = "will ship this week".
• Jan: Production of sequence for blue light receptor? " -designed

• Alisa: Red light receptor progress/design/plan- needs.

• Phil: Gas vesicles progress/design/plan - needs.
  • Plan up to basic biobrick complete,
  • Primers not requested for Friday delivery so cant proceed this week end.
  • Mutagenesis primers will be redesigned by hand for delivery next Friday.

Igem Administrative Timetable:

• 31 July Must lodge fabrication request to receive quota.
• 1 August Team project descriptions due.
• 1 September Final team rosters due.
• 1 September Jamboree attendance fees due $100USD per team

member.

• 26 October Project and part documentation due DNA received USA.
• 26 October BioBrick Part DNA received by the Registry.
• 3-4 November iGEM Competition Jamboree, MIT, USA.

• • Some items require ordering,round bottom falcon tubes, or manufacture NZY broth, blue/white plate.
  • Lac promotor and antibiotic death plasmids required.
  • Primers on critical path -------phil to complete ASAP.

• Jan Status report on Blue light sensor and light box apperatus, lead time on DNA fabrication?
  • Plan to have biobrick fabricated (up to 3Kb on fast turnarround= 525USD.)

• Adhesion: to be abbandoned for this year, unless clever idea comes to mind.

  • Priority should be on plans and experimental report analysis and conclusions-----Alisa .
