  • PCR issue
    • We tested our PCR product (5uL) from different annealing temperature via GEL
    • From imageJ comparison, the concentration of product rise with temperature before 60 degree
      • GEL (left to right: 49.8, 52.3, 55.5, 58.7, 60.9 degree)
