we add the effect of hybrid promoter to ODEs of the toggle switch. Our hybrid promoter is activated by AHL,so we need to add that effect.
Similarly to last section,we normalize ODEs and analyze dimentionless ODEs.
Next,we analyze this system's response to AHL added from extracellular.
Ideal behavior of our model is showed below figure.
When AHL is low,E.coli of B status transit A status.On the other hand,when AHL is high,E.coli of A status and that of B status are stable in each status.
