  • Transformation results
    • BBa_R0082 OmpR : Only 1 colony
    • BBa_I14032 Constitutive Promoter, High Transcription : 8 colonies
  • Pick single colony and incubate at LB plate
  • Transformation to competent cell (Add 2uL vector to 50uL ECOS competent cells)
    • Part:BBa_C0082, Receptor, tar-envZ at 7O, Plate 2
    • Part:BBa_I14032, Constitutive Promoter, High Transcription at 17K, Plate 2 (Transformation again)
