• Kan working conc.: 20~30ug/ml
• Liquid medium: 5ug/ml
• It is difficult to clone DNA segments longer than about 15,000 bp when plasmid are used as the vector.

• Check plasmid時找一個切在insert裡的RE check
• Plasmid有排他性，不一定可以把兩個plasmid同時塞在同一隻細菌裡。
• 解決：E. coli會intake glucose的問題。
