Method including controls
  1. Add to a sterile Screw Top tube
    -800ul of overnight bacterial culture
    -600ul of glycerol
  2. Mix by inversion
  3. Immerse in liquid nitrogen and store in -70C freezer. Alternatively, cover the tube with dry ice and pour ethanol in the dry ice. Store immediately in -70C freezer.
