- 1. Mix :
- - 1μg plasmid
- - 3μl Buffer 10x [ ]
- - 0.3μl BSA 100x [ ]
- - 3 units of restriction enzyme
- - water up to 30μl
- 2. Incubate at 37 °C for 1hr.
- 3. Incubate at the inactivation temperature of the enzyme for 20min.
