I am a physicist, associated professor at the University Denis Diderot in Paris (for the moment visitor scientist at CNRS in the department Génétiques des Génomes at the Pasteur Institute). I am interested in self-organization, out of equilibrium dynamics, and the logic of cellular computation. My research these last years is on structure and dynamics of regulatory networks. In particular I would like to characterize the interplay between genome architectrue, spatial organization of the cell and dyanmical properties  of cell functions.
