Endonuclease Digestion

  • 10uL H2O
  • 5uL DNA
  • 2uL 10x buffer
  • 2uL 1:10 dilution of BSA soln
  • 0.5uL Enzyme 1
  • 0.5uL Enzyme 2

Incubate at 37C for 2-4 hours
