Berkeley LBL/Ligation

Ligation (20 uL scale):

1. Create ligation mixture: 

     12 uL backbone

     4 uL insert

     2 uL Ligase Buffer

     1 uL Ligase Enzyme

     1 uL H2O


2. Allow to ligate at room temperature for at least 1 hour
