Microscopy

• pT LuxI CFP (J22241) induced with aTc at 0,10,100 ng/mL and imaging done after 6,8,10 hrs.

• K12Z1 induced with aTc at 0,10,100 ng/mL and imaging done after 6,8,10 hrs.

FACS

• pL CFP (J22202) induced with IPTG for 0,1,10,50,100,1000 uM and fluorescence measured after 5 hrs.

• K12Z1 fluorescence taken after 5 hours (Negative control).
