• pL cfp inoculated in LB.

• pL yfp inoculated in LB.

• pL cfp induced with different conc of IPTG (0,5,10,50,100,500,1000 uM) each for 0.01,0.1 and 1uL of inoculum (i.e in sets of three).

• pL yfp induced with 50 and 1000 uM of IPTG conc each for 0.01,0.1 and 1 ul of inoculum (i.e in sets of three).
